Amazing breakfast options every morning.
We encountered multiple issues during our stay. The hotel's advertised pool was closed, which was very disappointing for my daughter. Additionally, there was a significant lapse in safety when my daughter slipped in a wet elevator with no warning sign. To top it off, the fire alarms went off twice at 6 AM on our first night, creating panic and confusion, only to discover it was a false alarm. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk, they merely offered apologies without any attempts to rectify the situation.

Had a wonderful stay with the family! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially during breakfast service. Kids loved the variety of food options available. Although the pool was closed, we appreciated the clean and spacious room. Pro tip, Arrive early for breakfast to enjoy all the options!

However, the shower curtain could use a replacement as it had a tear.

I was blown away by the spacious Double Suite with Two Double Beds! The breakfast spread was a game-changer. I indulged in warm cinnamon rolls that were out of this world! Plus, the staff crafted a personalized welcome.
